About Myself
Hi! I am So Hasegawa, who is a machine learning researcher at Fujitsu Research of America where I work in the Auto Data Wrangling Team. My general research interests cover an elucidation of human consciousness, and I have worked on representations of various data via deep learning as one of the approaches.

Previously, I worked as a software engineer at the business department of Fujitsu where I provided deep learning-based solutions with customers. I completed my MEng in Electronics Engineering at Kyoto University where I was supervised by Dr. Susumu Noda. Prior to this, I obtained my BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Kyoto University.
Art, music, literature, and programming are my passions. My first name, "創," means creation in Japanese, a constant reminder to seek and craft beauty. I cherish visits to art museums, a nod to my childhood spent illustrating. Music captivates me, whether I'm listening, playing the piano, or composing my own pieces. My love for reading books complements my joy in writing. Programming has made me open eyes to the world. Additionally, traveling to explore the wonders of nature fuels my spirit and keeps me energized.
